Lap Pool with Swimout / Wading

Bellevue Hill

For this project in Bellevue Hill, we built a 9 x 5 pool with a 13 x 2 lap pool extension and a large swimout/wading area.

With difficult site access on this moderately sloping block, this pool was constructed fully out of ground with a foundation of piers into rock requiring specialised engineering and steel work.

The pool features handmade ceramic waterline tiles and a white glass bead interior for a refined finish. Handmade terracotta tiles surround the pool with, white micro cement rendered coping and planter bed wall.

A Remco below-pool automatic pool cover was installed for convenience and safety, alongside a large commercial electric heat pump to maintain optimal water temperatures.
